Corporate Housing

Minimum 90 day stay required.

A corporate rental application and letter of responsibility must be completed, turned in and approved before any furniture can be ordered for the apartment.

A deposit will be required to hold each apartment. The amount of the deposit is determined by the size and type of apartment home chosen.

The balance of monies is due on or before move-in, payable by cashier's check only. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. This method of payment is only required for move in costs. Personal/Company checks are accepted after that time.

The Woodman Place Apartments DO NOT send invoices. Please make all arrangements with the appropriate department in your company to insure that payment is received on or before the FIRST (1st) of each month.

A written thirty (30) day notice must be submitted to our office prior to moving out.
