STEP #1:  To hold one of our apartment homes, you will need the following:

• A personal check for $100.00 payable to The Woodman Place Apartments will hold your new home for two weeks.

• An application fee of $30.00 per applicant in a personal check payable to Domino Realty Management Company. $60 Maximum

• Complete The Woodman Place Apartments application.

• Driver's license/government issued I.D. card with photo.

• Social Security Card.

• Two most recent pay stubs w/year to date.

• If self employed, copies of last years tax returns.

STEP #2:  After 72 hours, or when your approval has been given, we will deposit your personal check. The $100.00 will be credited to your security deposit account and reserve your new home until your move-in date.

STEP #3:  Upon move-in you will pay any balance due on the security deposit and the amount due for rent at that time. Upon move-in we do require your balance is to be paid in the form of cashier's check only. We will be happy to accept your personal check on any future payments.

REFERRAL FEE

Now that you have decided to give yourself the lifestyle you have worked so hard to attain, we know you will be eager to encourage your friends and associates to join you in this well-maintained oasis. Once you become a resident at our community, we will pay you a $100.00 referral fee for each friend or associate who also becomes a new resident. (This does not apply to the addition of each roommate). To receive your $100 bonus, ask your friend to give one of our referral cards to the Manager at the time they visit the rental office. These referral cards can be picked up at the Leasing Office. Or, for your convenience, just fill out the coupon located below and bring it with you when you come to visit our community. Upon move-in the coupon will be processed and we will send you a check for $100. This is just another way for us to say..............Welcome Home!
